Mystic Heart Soundscapes

Navigating the Whirlwind of the Holidays with Ease and Peace of Mind

Winter is the season of the heart and connection, not the season of overdoing. In this interactive talk and experience, Kristi guides us through three mini breath techniques, simple voice and sound practices, and time to reflect and connect with a partner.

What you’ll take with you:

1. A calmer, clearer mind: Quick breath techniques to ease anxiety before a sales call, presentation, or busy family gathering.

2. Energy on your terms: Use your voice and sound to boost or calm your energy, soothe your nervous system, and naturally lift your “feel good” hormones.

3. Tools you’ll actually use: A take-home handout of simple practices for ease and peace of mind through the holidays and beyond.

Time permitting, Kristi will close with a brief mini Sound Bath so you leave relaxed and regulated. Members and guests welcome!
